Help with the hum QC hates?
I keep getting pushback and tips from QC that I apply and then I get rejected for too much filtering so here I've made a video detailing the exact steps I go through and what treatments I'm using to get rid of the "background hum."

Can I get some advise on what you want me to stop doing or start doing in order to cleanly get through QC?

Hi Erin,
Could you please share a link of an audio file with the hum? That way we'll be able to share more accurate details on how you could try to remove it.
Thanks

Hi Erin,
So if you have Adobe Audition, I'd recommend using that for noise reduction.
1. Open this file you sent me and select the last part (from 0:15 onwards).
2. Open the noise reduction effect and press capture noise print.
3. Select the whole file and use the settings shown on the screenshot.
Thank you for the screenshots.
I'll apply this technique for the noise removal.
But do you want me to not use the compression and leveling techniques or are those OK?
We prefer just normalization (to -3dB).
