2nd Try Feedback & Question on Turnaround Time
Hey there Pros! I was a dummy and didn't use my nice mic or take out the hiss in my initial audition. I want to try again and have posted a sample here of something I booked recently via another site. Does this sound quality enough now?
Secondly - I generally can get a recording done and edited in less than 2 days - is that good enough to get regular work? I have a day job so I can't record at the drop of a hat but I can ALWAYS make time that night.

I think the file sounds good. Only a minor detail: when you finished the recording, you cut out your voice perhaps too abruptly which caused a strange noise (Right at the end of the audio 0:29)
To answer your 2nd question: It could work for you if you focus your energy on bookings (and of course it would depend on the specific length / turnaround time of the project). Some clients might be able to wait longer than others but that's something you'd need to discuss on a case by case basis.
However, I don't believe it would work for speedies and contests because those projects have a much faster pace (Normally, they should be recorded in less than an hour).
