I would appreciate if you let me know when the account gets deactivated! Please, I am trying my best to do what I love
must confess I was having some issues with the audio card, but it won't happen again.

I do English with a Latin accent, for this file, it is a "soft" accent

Hi Alex,
We've noticed a few of your samples were in the English - North America category. Make sure they are all in the English - Latin American category.
Also, make sure to delete any rejected samples from your profile to prevent this deactivation from happening again. You'll get a warning in your profile when 40% of your samples have been rejected so you can take action (before you get automatically deactivated).
We've now reactivated your account.
