inadmissible rejection. I always recording in my acoustically treated professional home studio. This is the first time such a thing happens to me, yet I have served many voiceovers for voice bunny with many agents in the same studio. I hope the agent only had a bad day.
There is an audible room echo (reverberation) impacting your recording. Please ensure you record in an acoustically treated space. If you already have acoustic treatment, it may not be adequate.

Hi Maria,
Not all recordings are the same. Recording 1-inch away from the mic can result in different results. In this case, I can hear the room you're recording in, which is not ideal for some of our clients (they have complained about it) so that's why we have to ask a revision or reject it. I suggest adding more acoustic treatment to your space or recording far away from any reflecting surfaces.
