Rejected Sample
Hi,
- There is audible room echo (reverberation) impacting your sample. Please ensure you record in an acoustically treated space. If you already have acoustic treatment, it may not be adequate.
- Your sample sounds undesirably over-processed, that is impacting the quality. It may be due to a noise reduction plugin, an EQ, or a noise gate, for example.
There is no room echo in this and no processing at all. Please re-approve.

Hello Shawn
I don't think there's echo there, however, I've noticed some white noise in the background (for instance, pay close attention to 0:03 - 0:05). Maybe was the way it was recorded that made it sound processed?
Let me know your thoughts.
Regards
I don't hear that. I DO hear proximity effect, as my mouth wandered back and forth! :)
That said, as I listen, I don't really like the overall performance, so I am happy to keep it out.
Thanks!
How do you NOT hear the reverberation from your vocal booth walls? Seriously. It's loud and clear. It's a very fast reverberation, but it's still there most definitely. Fortunately lots of clients are so used to this sound that they don't mind. As a vocal audio engineer it drives much crazy.
