Hi,
The audio sounds as if it had some EQ and compression applied to it as high frequencies are more pronounced and the dynamic range is a bit reduced. Due to this, background hiss is sometimes noticeable in the background.
We just recommend using less processing, we believe your quality is definitely not far off from what we're looking for.
Please send us a new, less processed recording so we can reactivate your profile.

Hi, thanks for getting back to us.
The audio definitely sounds less piercing in the high frequencies than the first submission. I'd suggest a sort of in-between to have a well-balanced sound. Also, I noticed some plosives, these could be fixed by using a pop-filter or using a high-pass EQ (at around 80Hz) to address this issue.
