When to Start Over
This is another topic I found it would be helpful to bring up, born from my own needs as a Voice Artist starting out, that I am sure that other new VAs on this platform will need to know.
I have been doing good, from my perspective, and most of my stats have reflected that. Since I am new, though, it took one stat falling for me to stop receiving project offers at an acceptable rate. In my personal case it was my revision speed. Because I tend to have to re-record and edit revisions from scratch, 72% of my work that I have gotten are speedies (an issue for another day) and they tend to be 50 words or less, my revision is high according to VoiceBunny's algorithm.
Doing research I have found that others who have had issues involving their stats have had to get their accounts resetted in order to help with the issue, and get them back on track. This is also something I have seen requested for, thought it was mentioned that it was recommended for those who have more of a history on the platform to just bare with it as resetting their account would do more harm to them than good.
My question for the VB team is what signs could we, as VAs, look for to know if we should come to you to reset our account? Are there alternatives we should try first? What point would you say that resetting the account would harm us more than help, even if we are facing less work?

Thank you for your questions, Devon. Let me address all of them as best as I can:
Resetting an account is the last resource that we have after: a) the Pro has uploaded more samples to their profiles when they, at least, have one per each purpose/category; b) Their rates have reached a limit where they cannot be lowered anymore; c) Their stats are good (say for instance, out of 5 auditions you've been won all 5, or out of 10 Speedies, 10 have been approved.
So, if you have good stats, more than 20 approved samples across the different purposes, and you've previously received invitations but they have stopped for almost a month now, then you can contact us at support@bunnyinc.com to discuss the resetting of your account -which means that your current account would have to be deleted and you'd need to reapply again-.
