    Hi Adam,

Unfortunately, the audio is lacking in the high-frequency spectrum, as if it was compressed to low-quality mp3 and then saved as a wave file. Are you using any type of noise reduction software or processing? Or are you using a USB mic? These could be causing a reduction in the audio quality we are hearing.

Haha, nope, sorry, wrong on all counts. The audio was not compressed to a low quality mp3 then saved as a wave file. it was saved directly as a wave file. I'm not using any noise reduction software whatsoever. I'm not using a USB mic either.

None of those reasons were the reasons given for rejection.

The audio quality is not reduced at all. I find it interesting that you just threw out 3 different possible ideas - almost like throwing potatoes at the wall to see if anything sticks - and none of them were the reason the audio was rejected originally. That tells me something right there.

    *reason given...

There was only one single reason given.

Just my $0.02 worth, but it really does sound like you're using noise reduction, and it's cutting off the ends of your words. If this is truly the pure sound you get from your mic through your input and into your DAW, you may need to look at something in your signal chain.
