Duplicate files - Voicebunny
I recently did 3 projects for a client and two of the three projects had an issue with duplicate files. This has happened in the past as well.
The problem is that when I have a project with multiple files to upload, sometimes the client will say they received duplicate files. For example, they will say "Part 4 is a duplicate of part 12". When I accept the revision and listen to the files, there are no duplicates, so the problem is occurring due to no fault of mine. This issue is surely causing clients to think this is my fault and, as a result, diminishing their opinion of my work. Please look into and resolve this issue. Thank you.
