Submission rejected, please help
I´ve uploaded several demo recordings a while ago. Today I checked to see if everything still goes well, but I´m locked out.
I deleted the rejected voice examples and uploaded a new one.
But still it says: Rejected.
Could you tell me what is wrong about this example:

I've checked your account and I've noticed that the system has deactivated your profile due to a high number of samples being rejected. Nonetheless, the only one that's still showing as "rejected" and I'd like to ask you to remove is:

We'd love to reactivate your profile but first, we need to review your current quality to ensure any problems are fixed. Please share a file here under this same post. That way, we will be able to give you all the feedback necessary and let you know in case you need to make any adjustments.
The head of QC will be glad to reactivate your profile as soon as we have confirmed the quality is approvable.
Now, to answer your question, the sample you've shared with us sounds too bright and sibilant. Perhaps this is a result of the processing you've added to the file. We prefer raw audios as many times the processing tends to negatively impact the audios, and also because our clients have much more room to manipulate the files.

Thanks for sharing the recording. I am Angela, and I am the current Head of Quality and Pro Management.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to reactivate your account just yet. Checking the recording I found the following issues:
1. The recording sounds too bright and sibilant. It sounds as if it was being filtered by an EQ or noise reduction plugin. If you're not using any kind of filtering and/or processing, this effect can be due to the nature of your space and mic's capsule.
2. The file has hiss noise and some background reflections. The reflections are 100% related to the space you're recording in, but the hiss, while can also be coming from your space, can be generated by the equipment you're using.
Can you please let us know which equipment you're using? If you can also share some pics of your studio it would be super helpful.
