Seeking clarification for rejection

    Hi Danny,

I've listened to the first take you sent (not the one attached). "Unparalleled" sounds like "unparallel" as it's not enunciated properly. At 0:11 you say "wanna be". While both are correct, the client wrote "want to be" as it's regarded as less colloquial.

    Hope that clears that one.

HI Sebastian! Yes, I understand this. My point that I need clarificatio is as follows. I was notified of this and asked to submit a revision under the following conditions.

The time allotted to revise and resubmit your work: 32 minutes and 54 seconds.

I then did this, and have attached the audio of the revision.  The revision was rejected with the following note:

    - Your recording doesn’t follow the script as provided by the client.

Can you please tell me how I did not follow the script as provided by the client?

    -Thanks!

    Danny

In the revision it still sounds like "wanna be".

Wow! You guys are ball busters. That is highly interpretive and a bit super picky in my opinion.  But you are the bosses! Thanks for the follow up.

Also, the client's instructions were to be "conversational." That's how people talk, they don't hyper annunciate everything right?

    Completely understand your point.

The thing is that our QC team must be really strict with how the script is read as we've learned from experience that our clients want exactly what they wrote.

Sometimes you'll even find grammar errors that must be read verbatim as that was the idea they had in mind for the audio. That's why we are very picky in this regard.

    Cheers Danny
