QC Bunny is not reading the clients' notes
Hi Clara,
I was able to upload the file.
But, whoever is conducting the QC is wasting my time. The client requested a 15 second gap of silence at the beginning, it is clearly explained in the clients notes. Yet, the QC Bunny keeps sending the file back to me for revision, stating that there is too much silence at the beginning.
Also, the client made an unclear request which turned out to be a request to create two full reads with different intros. The QC Bunny seems to think that I don't need to charge for that. He/She is wrong.
Please advise or fix this.
