I want to know improve myself in speaking the voice over scripts meaning i want suggestions that will help me voice over any script perfectly.For example show the anger or any other emotions if the script wants me to show it,

You can look for online courses that can introduce you to the world of voice-acting. Furthermore, focus on practicing what you learn (perhaps you could consider taking acting lessons). Practice makes perfect ;)
Maybe you're right do you know any online courses that can help?
I don't have any particular online course in mind at the moment, but try to look for in-person courses in your city as I'm sure it will be much more valuable for you because of the actual practice that you have to go through.
