There are loud plosives in your recording that affect the quality of the deliverable. The best way to prevent plosives is by using a professional pop-filter and recording at an appropriate distance from the mic.
Loud background noise is impacting your recording and adversely affecting the quality of the deliverable.
I hear a small mic bump at :05, but I can't hear loud plosives or loud background noise. Please, help me hear what you're hearing. Also, I could have easily remedied the problem very quickly but wasn't given the chance. Why am I sometimes allowed to fix a problem, but am not at other times? I'm very concerned how a little problem can damage my stats so easily.

Hi Carly,
There's a slight plosive in 'prevent'. However, the main issue in this submission is a low-frequency rumble, it seems the mic/mic stand was being touched or bumped throughout the read.
I agree with you in that it shouldn't have been a rejection but a revision so we've removed that one from your stats. I'll forward this case to the team so we can improve our processes.
Thanks for sharing.
