Hi Ted
I'm picking up a lot of background noise in the audio. This can be due to the fact that too much gain was given during the recording process.
There are also some plosives (0:01 "momenT", 0:08 "painted", etc.) and other strange sounds like the one at 0:04 "story". There are loud breaths as well that must be cleaned up. You can avoid the plosives by recording a bit further away from the mic and placing the capsule at a slight angle to prevent it from directly getting the quick air.
Could you tell us what's your setup for recording? That way we might be able to guide you better.
