Hi Vivek!
This sample is sounding almost ideal! Could you please share with us more info about your recording setup?
There's a bit of boxiness and low frequency linger that surely come from your booth/studio and for those purposes, a clear picture would make the advice process so much easier. Kindly share with us what recording gear your using and if any processing has been done in your DAW, list those as well =)

As for the effects chain:
Noise Gate,
DeEsser,
Compressor with both pre (high cut) and post (combination of high cut, and few other enhancements) equaliser
MV2 (waves) low end enhancer
The sample is normalised to -3db after the above. I have worked on the effects chain with professional sound engineers over the past 5 years, for the combination I have presented I've received extremely positive feedback. It's also the same combination I've been using on voicebunny for all my previous jobs which have been approved by voicebunny QC team.

Help me out a bit more and upload any audio: totally clean and free of processing in the highest quality/resolution possible, which I'll be able to download.
