Audio Quality Assessment For Deactivated Profile
I had some issues with audio quality that had caused my account to be deactivated. Now that I have figured out the solution to the issues, I would like my audio quality assessed to have my profile reactivated. Here is a link to a new sample from Google Drive:

I also know that client rejections can be disputed, but so far all of the client rejections I've gotten are labelled with, "Voiceover no longer needed." I am unsure as to how one would dispute such a rejection to have it ignored in the rankings, so if anyone could advise I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for your sample, at 0:08 after 'September 26th' there's an audible editing pop.
Please be careful with these minor errors, that's why we suggest that listen back to your recording before uploading it. This is very easily fixable tho, why don't try to fix that and come back to us?
Now for the advice, let me ask about it and I'll have an answer for you real soon.

Hi again, here's the answer for the rejections part:
Remember that, when it comes to rejections, there are two scenarios:
1. Our client rejects your final deliverable. Then, if you think it is unfair, you have the possibility of sharing the project link with us at support@bunnystudio.com so we can assess whether we can ignore it so it does not affect your stats.
2. Our QC team rejects your deliverable. Then, if you disagree with the reasons behind that rejection, you can create a post in our Community so our team can evaluate it and you receive a reply to your disagreement.
Therefore, please send us an email to support@bunnystudio.com with the links to all the projects in which you've received a rejection from our clients in order for us to reassess the cases.
