    Hi Anthony,

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm picking some background noise, plosives, and some editing pops in your recording.

    Here my suggestions:

    • Background noise: You could try and lower the gain for your mic, most of the times background noise appears when the input is too hot.
    • There are some noises that you can edit out, for example, 0:23 before saying 'fifty thousand' sounds like a mouse click.
    • Plosives: The best way to prevent plosives is by using a professional pop-filter and recording at an appropriate distance from the mic. Now if plosives are still there you can try and position the mic in a slight angle to try and avoid the air hitting the capsule of the mic.
    • Editing pops: 0:42 after 'coast and it's waters'. For this, you can make sure to add fades between takes to clean the outtakes and smooth the transition between the two.
