Audio Quality Assessment For Deactivated Profile Please
Hello
My account has been deactivated for months but I wasn't aware of the issue. I would like my audio quality assessed to have my profile reactivated please. Here is a link to a new sample from Google Drive:

Hi Michel,
Thanks for your submission, there's just one little thing to change in your audio and you might be good to go.
There are some noises at the beginning and at the end of your audio, you can easily fix that with some editing and fades. Can you do that and send us a new sample to check?
Cheers
Thank you Johnatan. This is the correction done :

Great job Michel!
Let me see what we can do about that reactivation.
Thank you Johnathan. Can you tell me when the reactivation will be done please ?
Hi Michel!
The QC lead already has your case in her queue. It will be assessed asap.
Thank you for your patience.
Best,
Oscar
Hi Michel
Thanks for sharing your recording. I am the Head of Quality and Pro Management.
I found the following issues with the audio that require to be addressed before we move forward with the reactivation:
1. There are some room reflections and a boosted frequency. This is usually caused by the space you're recording in and the mic positioning in it.
2. The audio is very boomy and sounds muddy. This can also be caused by the space you're recording in but can be boosted by your microphone's capsule. There are mics that are built to work better for lower frequencies and, thus, when the spaces you're recording in are too small or treated incorrectly, the mic can boost unwanted frequencies.
Can you let us know how you're recording? Please share with us the equipment you use and, if possible, some pictures of your space. This will help us a lot to give you better guidance on what to move and/or change if possible!
Hi Angela.
My microphone is a Neumann U87 AI and I record in a cabin. Maybe a problem concerning the position of the mic ?
That might be a reason, Michel.
If you have the chance to share a couple of pictures of your setup, that would be great!
Cheers
