Audio assessment for deactivated profile
My profile was deactivated, however, I recently participated in a Speedy, which was approved by VoiceBunny quality control on the first submission and subsequently accepted by the client. The client not only approved the first take but left me 5 star feedback as well.
Please review the quality of my audio (the track that was already approved by your QC) so that my profile may be reactivated. Here's the link to the approved audio: Casey James Audio Clip
As an aside: How exactly is the quality of samples monitored? One of my samples was rejected, however, another that was created in the same session was approved. The audio was recorded all at the same time, on the same equipment, with the same software, etc. They were for different applications, mind you - one was a radio tag, and the other was clipped from a 30-second commercial, so the music beds behind them were different too. But the recording and treatment were the same for both. I'm curious as to why one was approved and the other was rejected. Any advice would be great, thank you.

Hi Casey
One of our QC agents will evaluate the file asap.
With regards to your second questions: all samples are manually assessed by our QC team. Could you share with us the files of both samples so we can check? Different reasons can be found behind a rejection so we'd need to better understand each case.
Kind regards
Hi Casey,
The link you sent is not working, could you upload it again and send it to us?
In regards to the samples, when there is music in a sample a lot of them get rejected for compression because the music is usually not adjusted from stereo to mono causing the music to overpower your dialogue so maybe this is the case for the sample that got rejected.
Hope this helps :)
