getting VB notifications late
This is a great example of something I've noticed for months. see PROJECT ID 32C6B92D6D95F4EB88FD
I will get an email for a contest or back-up but no matter how fast I reply it's nearly always "not assignable" already. I noticed that I got the email below 8 hours after the project was posted (not only this email but ALL the emails recently). Can we fix this problem, because it may be the reason why I am almost never able to submit on VB.

Here's another example from today. It's not as extreme, but again, it's arriving late and there's no way for me to participate here at VB if I'm not getting these posts in a timely manner.
Hi Jon, this is Andrés from VoiceBunny. Hmmm, we did have an issue like this a while ago but it seems like some Pros are experiencing it again!
I'll be emailing you shortly so we can take care of this for you with our developers.
Great.
Here's another one from today. As you can see, it's a speedy that only arrived 17 hours after submitted.
Will someone be looking into this soon?
We're looking into this situation and we'll add this project to the engineering report, Jon. We'll reach out to you via the email thread we created a few days ago as soon as there's a response.
Thank you for your patience, I wish you a nice week!
As you can see, the problem has not been solved because as usual I get a project email and it's already assigned no matter how fast I open it. Also I was emailed that this problem had been resolved!
Unless it's normal to get projects 2 hours after they're posted, we still need to fix this.
Hi John,
Gotcha, apologies for this issue, I'll have our engineering team review it and will get back to you via email asap.
Talk to you soon!
Here is a Speedy that arrived 2 minutes ago and is 7 hours late.
I guess nothing has been fixed?
Hi John. Per last Monday's email, I've submitted the request with our developers. Be advised, it's going to take a bit of a while before they get to the bottom of this issue given that it's been difficult for them to replicate this particular error, so I apologize for the delay. I'll reach out to you the moment I get a response.
In the meantime, I noticed that you have only 11 samples posted on the platform. Most of our Pros have around 50, scattered across several categories. Please upload as many high-quality samples as you can so that you will appear in more search results. this will enable you to rely less on Speedies and bump your Booking-style project numbers up.
I wish you a wonderful week!
-Andrés.
Submitted SEVEN days ago and I am just getting the notification now.
Don't forget to mention Jon that-that contest is for a young, North American, female which I also received as a British male. Quality system in action right there.
Oh, didn't notice that.
In that case, they may be doing work on the system and it's just a glitch...
I've received multiple incorrect roles over the past day but get this, somehow male submissions from wrong parts of the world are being accepted on these ancient projects. THAT part, I can't understand.
What you're describing sounds to me like they're updating the IT system right now and there are some system errors.
My post was a little different. Every email notification I got for contests or speedies was automatically listed "unassignable" for several months now. It seems I'm getting the notification emails hours late and missing out. Everything was okay until sometime in the summer.
Still waiting for a fix.
Hi, James and Jon
James, if you still have projects that do not fit your voiceover parameters on your dashboard, please write an email to support@bunnystudio.com and have them send you to me so I can create the request, we'll have them scrubbed off your dash and make sure that your stats are unaffected.
Jon, as you have indicated, you're correct. We are undergoing server maintenance so there will be hiccups here and there for the next several days. We are working very hard to have as many issues solved as quickly as possible. For this reason, it might take a while longer for us to find a workaround to your notifications issue.
I'd also like to reiterate what I said in my previous post: Bookings are an additional way of getting projects, and the best way to obtain these is by posting more samples on the website. You can see it in the following article: What can Pros do to increase their chances of getting project invitations?
Again, thanks for your understanding and if you need additional help, please let us know!
