Sample 156360 was rejected due to the following reason:

• Loud background noise is impacting your sample and adversely affecting the quality.

The noise floor for this sample is -81.1 dB. What noise floor should I be shooting for?

  Hi Martha,

  After listening to your sample I must say, there's no issue with the background noise, sorry we sent you that as the reason.

  What should've been the reason for the rejection is:

  • Your recording sounds undesirably over-processed, which is impacting the quality of the deliverable. It may be due to a noise reduction plugin, an EQ, or a noise gate, for example.

  Please make sure you are not processing your audio, that way you will avoid having these issues.
