Now, there might be nothing wrong with your sample, chances are, you got that answer because of the background music and sounds. Normally we are aiming for samples that include only the voice, that way we can really appreciate and be objective about the quality.
Is there a chance you can remove the background and leave only the voice?
Thanks. I just posted a sample with voice only and it was rejected immediately after upload. I'm not sure how many takes or is there some magic plug in that I'm missing? I'm in a sound treated room with no background noise! This is so frustrating as I've been at this for sometime now and even my teacher who uses this site, Tommy Griffiths, can't understand why I'm being rejected. Other sites I've had ZERO issues with samples and demos and representatives from those platforms say my audio quality is superb compared to others. Is this some kind of joke? Over a decade of experience with audio production with numerous friends, and contacts in the field, and some of them can't even understand why I would be rejected? My patience is wearing thin as I'm completely lost as to what to do.
I'm really sorry to read this, could you please share a link to this new sample you uploaded?
Seems like this can be very frustrating for you, having in mind all the feedback you're getting from your friends. How about you let me check that sample you uploaded? I'll listen to it carefully and then I can talk to the QC team about your situation, see if we can come up with a solution for both ends, secure VB Quality Standards and, make this easy on your side so you can keep up the amazing work you are doing in our platform, how does it sound?
Just before you start talking you can listen to it, it is present in every phrase, it's also present in the gaps between the phrases, in 0:10 you can listen how it is lowered abruptly, yet it's still there.
Also, there is a hint, of boxiness in your audio, which is not as bad, but if you raise the volume becomes more evident.
You have an amazing voice, that tone is great, your performance is really good, and your technical quality is also amazing, can you try and fix those two little things and come back to us with a new sample?
Hi Matt,
First, you have an amazing voice!!
Now, there might be nothing wrong with your sample, chances are, you got that answer because of the background music and sounds. Normally we are aiming for samples that include only the voice, that way we can really appreciate and be objective about the quality.

I uploaded the new sample to this thread.
After listening to it I'm picking noise.

I've performed the necessary revisions, and the audio should be superb.
This is what I'm getting from the links:
This sample is unfortunately no longer available
Could you please make sure the links are working?
