Hi Kaitlyn,
I am a fellow actor, not a VB Manager, so please accept my observations as non-offical.
Comments in two areas: voice/delivery; and technical.
First, nice voice! Some good inflections in there. In a couple places though, it sounded like you were reading from a script. Try to read just like you would speak: not overemphasizing certain words, not over-enunciating, just natural and clean, just like you would say it to a friend over coffee. (Unless a client asks for something else.)
Second, on the technical end, pretty good. I do hear some hiss, which could be your recording environment, or level settings, or a combination of both. I also seem to hear some close order reflections, such as from close hard surfaces like a desk, windows, hard walls or ceiling, possibly even the computer screen itself.
What acoustic treatment do you have in your recording room? Also if you don't mind sharing, what is your microphone, interface, and computer setup?

I must say, please take Joe's comments like mine, I just heard your sample and I do agree on the comments provided by him.
Both reading and technical suggestions are on point, and also the final question is very appropriate since that could really allow us to help you.
One more question, are you using any processing on your voice, such as deverb or noise gate?
