VB Managers' response time?
HI Bunny Managers,
Is it me, or does it take longer now than it did say... 6 months ago... to get a response from a project manager when you flag a project?
There have been a number of times in the last couple of months when I needed to ask the client for clarification on a word, a phrase, or direction, so I flagged the project. Seems like the project managers' response times used to be pretty fast, for example one or two hours.
Now however, it seems it takes well over half a day (12 hours) before getting a response to a flag.
Is it my perception, or has this become something of an issue?

Thank you very much for bringing this up, we've been working on our workflow the past couple of weeks to take care of this situation and are in the process of expanding our Production Management team as we speak, given the high influx of projects that we have been having as of late.
