Hi Teresa, thanks for reaching out and asking for feedback.

I just heard your recording again and I found some artifacts at 0:11 'It’s expressed as'.

I must say, you have amazing quality and a great voice, we are confident that you can fix this minor issue in your future recordings, actually, I don't recall founding it on other samples. Please keep up your amazing work and take this the best way possible.

    Hope this helps

It does help, thank you so much Johnatan : )

Thanks also for your flattering compliment, I care about bringing my absolute best performance for your clients!

Could you define "artifacts" for me?  I listened and not sure I hear it, what does it sound like, if it's possible to describe?  Once I understand it, I will be careful to eliminate such instances in the future.  Thanks again!

We really appreciate when our Pros are willing to improve, we're here to help you do that.

In this particular case is a bit hard to catch, but if you pay close attention to the sound of the 'S' sounds in 'It's expressed' you might notice that sounds a bit unnatural.

So what I might suggest you do is:

    1. Make a comparison between that same file, the same location, with the noise reduction processing and one without the processing.
    2. Go extreme to really notice it, take any sample, apply noise reduction to it, and go hard on the threshold and the reduction, you'll start noticing how it begins to sound weird, plastic, funny, alien... there are many words, and then compare it to your natural samples, then you might have a more clear idea of what those artifacts are.

Please let me know how it goes.

Yes!  Thank you, I understand now, I actually pronounce my s's a bit softer naturally and have been working to correct the very slight lisp that I have, perhaps that played a role too.  Thanks so much for your time : )
