Where am I in the Rankings?

Hi,

I was wondering if you could share where exactly I'm at in the rankings and what "tier" I'm in for receiving speedies and contests? 

I am very motivated to get gold medals across all stats, right now, I am doing very well in speedies, but I have a feeling that my 1 hour 4 minute response rate is hurting my overall position in the ranks (the bar is red for time it takes).

It's hard to get an idea of overall standing because for each category I'm ranked with a different amount of pros:

For contests, I'm ranked among 281  pros, for speedies I'm ranked among 269 pros and for reponse speed I'm ranked among 814 other pros.  

What determines who I'm ranked among and whats the BEST advice for rising in the ranks?  Thank you so much for your insights : )
