    Hi Justin,

I'm very sorry you've been going through this situation.

I've been listening to every link you uploaded for us, and, I've come to the conclusion that this is a case I will share with the rest of the QC team because you are making very good points about the rejections and the confusion.

I must say, you do have an amazing voice, and you're delivering good quality for us, let me encourage you to keep on doing that, don't get discouraged by these past events, rest assured, this will come on our next team meeting.

Thanks for reaching out, feedback is very important for us.

Hi, so as I said, I brought the situation to the team and I have some feedback for you:

    • You should be very careful with editing noises
    • Although this might take a bit more of your time, you should edit your breaths manually
    • And, try and record a bit further from the mic, to avoid plosives

Other than that, they said you do have an amazing voice and we'd love to see you improve even more with these suggestions.

    Have a great day

Thanks for the feedback, it's clarified a few things and I'll be sure to keep it in mind for next time.

However, "careful with editing noises," I'm not sure what you mean by that. Do you mean sentences and the like are being cut off along with any noise? Or is it that noise is being left in the recording?

    Very welcome!

That means that sometimes you can hear editing pops between cuts, which can be easily solved by using fades between the phrases, make sure not to cut between breaths and you should be fine.

    Glad we can help.
