Multiple issues with rejected auditions
Over the past week or so, I've tried to be more active on here. That's resulted in almost every single audition being rejected, some seemingly for no reason.
For context, for all of these recordings, I was using the exact same setup as a previous submission in the same timeframe that passed internal review, accepted by the client, and resulted in a five star rating. Not a single other thing has changed. Additionally, each of the files I'm linking to are the exact wav files I submitted.
The first rejection was this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=15TZPw-LZVpURutH-JLCmDJ2kygZopLhe
The given reason was that there was "static or noise" in the recording. I cannot hear any static or noise even at max volume and, again, that didn't seem to be a problem on the accepted recording with the exact same equipment, environment, and settings.
The second was this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Hf-Uokpw9ObZMw6gNW6Ot7JOioV3vGCl
The reason given was that I did not fit the age requirement requested by the client. I was originally placed in "young adult" during my application. Every single sample I have submitted has been under the "young adult" category and all passed review. It was only very recently that I added "middle aged" to my categories. Furthermore, the client had only the audition script and a brief snippet of how to pronounce "navi" in the remarks, nothing else about performance requirements or age requirements.
The third was this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1uYTCPW782gKSji-JWqOhiJDAMs3aeNCb
I received the email that this had a request for revision, but I didn't get to it in time (which was the case for most of these) and upon clicking the link provided, no reason was given for the need for revision. So, in short, I have no idea why this was rejected. Note that both this and the previous sample had related emails sent at four in the morning, of all times.
The last was this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1MF2MfY7ZvUUZ6qMMBaL7S1uK9UnwY1W4
The reason for this revision request was that there was too much post processing. There is absolutely no post processing in this audio besides the Amplify and Truncate Silence tools in Audacity; no EQ is applied, no noise reduction, absolutely nothing. I'm simply baffled at this one in comparison to the others.
This is incredibly frustrating and it's only compounded by the fact that all these rejections will hit my stats. There's no consistency in these rejections and/or requests for revisions, the notifications for which have all been at times during which I could not attend to them. I'd really like some clue as to what I'm doing wrong.

Hi Justin,
I'm very sorry you've been going through this situation.
I've been listening to every link you uploaded for us, and, I've come to the conclusion that this is a case I will share with the rest of the QC team because you are making very good points about the rejections and the confusion.
I must say, you do have an amazing voice, and you're delivering good quality for us, let me encourage you to keep on doing that, don't get discouraged by these past events, rest assured, this will come on our next team meeting.
Thanks for reaching out, feedback is very important for us.
Hi, so as I said, I brought the situation to the team and I have some feedback for you:
Other than that, they said you do have an amazing voice and we'd love to see you improve even more with these suggestions.
Have a great day
Thanks for the feedback, it's clarified a few things and I'll be sure to keep it in mind for next time.
However, "careful with editing noises," I'm not sure what you mean by that. Do you mean sentences and the like are being cut off along with any noise? Or is it that noise is being left in the recording?
Very welcome!
That means that sometimes you can hear editing pops between cuts, which can be easily solved by using fades between the phrases, make sure not to cut between breaths and you should be fine.
Glad we can help.
