Website Issues
I’m frustrated with the inconsistency on the website. I accepted a project invitation this morning, and was really excited about this one as I felt it was a really good fit for my voice. I had the project ready to go early, and was just reading through the instructions again to make sure I didn’t miss anything when it said Times up- however time was NOT UP. Then, I tried to reaccept the project and it just keeps defaulting to the times up screen. It has done this on 3 different browsers. On my PHONE it just says this page is having difficulty and won’t load. I really REALLY wanted to submit this audition and I do not want to have an expiration on my stats when I didn’t expire. Now I’m going to end up with another expiration because it says I have accepted the project, and it's in my open projects- however when I click I just get Times up!!!
I’m sorry- I really like all of you guys at support, you’ve been super helpful, I just find this whole process frustrating because this isn’t the first time I’ve played by the rules and STILL had something like this happen. Can you be your awesome selves and fix this please?

Hi, Aleesha! Definitely strange, I'm checking the project status and it indicates that you are still working on it. Please access the website from an incognito window and let us know if you were able to continue the process.
