Another voice artist here, not a VoiceBunny staffer - hopefully they will weigh in soon.
Wonderful voice and good recording. I do hear some room reflections though, so you probably need some room acoustic treatment to prevent sound reflections off hard surfaces such as hard floors, ceiling, walls, windows and the like. Doesn't have to be expensive - rugs, blankets, curtains, pillows, etc. can be used. At my own home studio I even use cheap towels on my desk to prevent reflections from the desk iteself.
