I can't upload the file of my test project
Dear experts,
I have already done the recording of my test project within the requested time. However, when I uploaded it, it shows on the screen: "problem occurs when processing your file, please contact us."
I don't know what happened and now the time is out. My states are affected, and I am not sure whether this record may stop me from joining you as a voiceover talent. Could you please help me solve the problem and restart the testing process?
