Please note the following: I work in the business for 25 years, with many many studios and clients successfully. I work with voicebunny from the beginning. Look at my ranks: the clients like me (5 stars), and they often come back.
Now in the last time I do receive sometimes these comments from your team, that my audio would be processed, compressed, limited, whatever. This is not true. I send you the raw file, without compression or effects, done with professional hardware in a professional booth.
Plus - please let's never forget that - the clients like it!
Now with your colleagues decision that suddenly my audio is not "meeting your standards" you take away work from me, and on the long run make me leave your site.
But what is worth: you delute the clients. In this case e.g. it is the 3. time the client wants a video from me. Same content, same channel. 2 times it was good also for your QA team. Now not.
Surely the client is not happy when suddenly he cannot work with me anymore.
Please don't suggest me to "just do it again": it is some hours work and no one guarentees that you accept the next version (in fact also yesterday a work of mine was not accepted). If you want to keep me as a talent on your site and want to give the clients what they asked for - my voice - I'm afraid the only way is, that you accept my material from now on as it is. And as you did for many years.

I must inform you that between the time that you received the first notification of your quality issues and the time you posted this file to our community forum, the client has decided to go with a backup option that was created by the website. Seven days have passed and the client could not wait any longer.

The Quality Control agents are the ones that have the final word regarding the status of a delivered file. This is a process that applies to every single one of our hard-working Pros, no matter what. We are happy to provide you with the necessary feedback to improve the quality of your voiceover, but if you are asking us to approve your files without reviewing them, it might be time to reconsider our working agreement with you.
Regarding your audio, honestly, it's pretty good! I was worried that there were going to be more issues with it. That being said, we found mouth noises and plosives throughout your recording. For future occasions, please take a step further from the mic to avoid these sounds and you should be good to go.
