Sample automatically rejected/account inactive
Hi,
I had over 50% of samples rejected, so my account is not working. But I deleted all of the the rejected ones and tried to add new samples - all of them are automatically rejected. I also see that in "Profile" section there is: "Bummer! This voice actor is no longer accepting bookings".
What should I do to have my account active again?

Please send us all of the samples that are being rejected by the system so we can see what's happening. Give us some time to review them and we'll provide you a set of instructions so you can record a series of new ones.

Soundcloud is giving me an .mp3 file which is not accepted by our platform.

Hi, so I just tried to upload the samples, and I'm getting the same issue as you, I'll be talking to the people in charge of that process and hopefully, we'll figure out what's going on quickly.

Can you please delete all of your rejected samples and send us fresh new audio here?
Please make sure it's recorded from your most recent recording space. That way we can evaluate it and see if we can reactivate your account.
