The client rejected the voice over purely on the fact that it wasn't the right fit for his/her project. It had nothing to do with the quality.

Hi Adam,
Client-based rejections are reviewed via our emailing platform. Only Quality-Control rejections are handled through the forum as this is up to the Bunny Pro Management team to decide. I will follow up on the email conversation that we have and get back to you in a few days when the projects are removed from your dash. I will proceed to close this thread now.
