Help with samples and get account reactivated
Hello,
I'm having a little trouble with getting some samples approved, and had my account deactivated as more than 50% of the samples were rejected. Mostly due to sibilance issues.
Here is one that I just re-edited to fix the sibilance. Can you let me know if this is ok now?

Hi Cliff, thanks for reaching out.
Can I suggest you delete all the rejected samples?
Also, yes, this is much more than ok, you have a great voice and a very good sound.
Let me see what we can do about reactivating your account.
I'm back with great news, you've been reactivated.
I need you to do something for me now, please, first thing after reading this message, go and delete all your rejected samples, otherwise, you'll be at risk of being deactivated again.
Other than that, keep up the good work.
Thanks a lot Johnatan, I'll make sure to delete any remaining rejected samples and re-upload with the quality similar to what I've shown you.
Also, I'm new to voicebunny, I know that there is a period of time when your algorithms support new people getting work. Will I still be receiving some of that "new voice" algorithm benefit or has that window of time passed?
Please let me know your thoughts.
Thank you,
-Cliff
Hi, Cliff!
No worries, the Bonus applies until you have completed a certain number of projects so you should still have it on your profile.
We look forward to receiving your projects soon!
Great, thank you Andrés, much appreciated!
Anytime! :D
Ah, one more thing Andrés. I've uploaded new samples about 3 days ago, but they are still pending to be reviewed. Does it normally take this long? I feel like the last time I uploaded them they got back to me within about 24hrs or so.
Please let me know, thank you :)

Hi, Cliff!
Apologies for the delay. Can you please go over your samples and see if they have been evaluated?
I look forward to your response!
