Client rejections on Speedys
I recently had some client rejections while doing Speedys. They say that I don't have the voice they were looking for. I understand that and I also understand that I will be paid for my effort but I don't understand why this will go against my stats when the client doesn't specify what sound or delivery they are looking for? There is often no way to know what the client wants until after the rejection. If the client wants a deep, rich voice that I know I don't have but the client never says that, it shouldn't count against the talent.

Currently, we are allowed to eliminate from your stats projects that are rejected with the following comments from the client: "Voiceover Not Needed". If such was the case, please send us the links and we'll be happy to scrub them off your stats on the platform. We are also working with our Client Onboarding team to educate the clients on how to properly post projects so that the requirements at the start are clearly defined.
