Why Are My Audio Files Rejecting As Soon As I Upload Them
I have vetted and revetted and mixed and met all of the specs required here and never had a file reject. I didn't get a notification that the files I had there for the last year were rejected. I just realized I stopped getting invites but kept consistently getting the emailing asking me if I wanted to keep getting projects.
I was too busy to really address it until I looked yesterday and files that had been in my account were suddenly "rejected". I tried to load the files in the link which meet all of the production requirements (at least from I see on my end but as soon as you load them they reject.
The link below is to a file that on my end looks like it meets the requirement.... I am at a loss.

Thanks for bringing this up. After going through your profile, I noticed that you currently have no uploaded samples. This is most likely because you removed the rejected ones.
Our system automatically deactivates a user's profile when 50% or more of their samples are rejected by our Quality Control team. Once their profile is deactivated, any more samples that they upload will most likely be rejected as well, until the pro contacts us through here and sends us a sample so that the QC team can figure out what's going on. Just like with this sample. One of our QC Agents will get in touch with you shortly and we'll reactivate your profile once the audio issues have been taken care of.
