Trying to figure out why I got rejected, all advice is welcolme
Your recording is heavily compressed and/or limited. It\'s affecting the dynamics and quality of the audio. Instead, please raise the volume via automation or normalization to -3dBFS peak.
The first one is the link I created after seeing in instructions it said be engaging, emotional.Maybe I was too energetic, and showing too much excitement and spoke to loud or fast. The 2nd link is my very first copy of the recording.
The recording i submitted. I submitted it with -3db normalization, 16bit, 44100hz. Any feedback will be appreciated

Hi Ralph,
First, our apologies for getting back to you so late.
Second, the feedback you received is accurate. It sounds like either you applied too much gain to your input, or you recorded way too close to the mic, so it is an issue that was there right from the start.
Please, compare your audio to this sample: https://voicebunny.com/samples/156753/
You will notice a clear distinction, yours might sound as if you applied distortion to it, and that other one is more clear sounding.
Let me know what you think.
Once again, sorry we're giving you a reply this late.
