I shared your files with one of our QC agents, here his remarks:
He’s compressing the audio which is making his little room echo much more present (you can see the frequencies of his reverb in white). In yellow, he applied a noticeable low-pass or another kind of EQ, which contributes to the metallic signature of his sound. The audio wasn’t normalized to -3 dBFS either, so that also plays into his issues. He needs to record at lower gain settings, improve his mic positioning/acoustic treatment a bit, lose the compression and EQ. Maybe a clean sample will tell us more.
