I think my profile is inactive. How do I go about reactivating it?
Hey there,
I believe my profile may have been deactvated due to a few samples that were not up to the quality. I have, since then, deleted them and just finished re-upping a few new samples in their place.
I recently did a bit of sound-proofing work to my room and upgraded my equipment as well. I believe the audio samples (Samples 163340, 163341, 163342, 163343, and 163344) are now up to the standard and quality that VoiceBunny requires. They are already showing up as 'rejected', though!. Is there a wayI could have them re-evaluated, please? How do I go about doing it? Will this also make my profile active again and make my available for bookings?

Hi Shrikant,
You're right about being temporarily deactivated, that's why your new samples are automatically rejected.
What you could do is upload those samples to SoundCloud or Google Drive and share those links here for evaluation.

Hi Shrikant,
After evaluation of your work, your quality is approvable. What we need you to do now, is to delete all the rejected samples on your profile, then we can reactivate your account.
Let us know when you do that.

Thanks so much for approving my samples. The samples I uploaded to Google Drive are the same samples that I mentioned in my post earlier, i.e. Samples 163340, 163341, 163342, 163343, and 163344. These are also the same samples that appear as rejected on my profile.
Instead of me deleting them now and re-uploading the same exact files after my profile is activated, wouldn't it be easier to just approve these samples and shorten the process instead? You've already heard and approved them. Do we really need to do this entire process all over again?

Hi Shrikant,
Yes, we need to do that again, because that rejection was issued by our system, not by our agents. Therefore you will need to delete those, I will reactivate your account and then you can upload them again.
