New Tag feature issues

Having issues with the new tagging system/algorithm. I have reached out to voicebunny support a couple weeks back, but I wanted to reach out to the community here to see if anyone else is having this issue and its possible the reason is the new algorithm isn't functioning properly. Since the new system went live, I went from getting a client booking almost every single day to nothing at all for the past month now. The only clients that i get casted from now are for revisions from clients I had before this tagging system went live. I am noticing that the samples that are showing up in browsed searches are not showing up with the right tags. If I search for conversational, one of my samples will pop up that I did not tag as conversational, I tagged as upbeat or excited. This is an issue where in if a client is searching for a natural sounding read, they will not see a sample of mine that will match what they're looking for and the potential is that I will be skipped.
