    Hey, Ron!

Glad to see you're back with such improvements, congratulations! My only question is: are you applying any sort of EQ or processing to the waveform? If so, please let me know so that we can address a small frequency balance issue, the last thing remaining to fix (and a minimal one at that).

    Cheers!

I did not apply any EQ. However, I did apply a HP filter set at 95 HZ. My DAW is Audacity and I applied the noise reduction in audacity but didn't hear anything change with the audio.  Obviously, I decided to use the noise reduction to reduce any white noise in the recording.  I also applied clip removal using plug in from ISOTOPE RX 7

    Hope that helps.

    Ron

    Hi, Ron!

Thank you for the detailed response! Please submit a completely raw version of the audio, as I think that the noise reduction and the clip removal are playing against us in this case. I'd need a completely unprocessed audio to suggest a course of action, sharing it with you so that you replicate that in your DAW and integrate the solution into your workflow.

    Cheers!

You requested RAW audio. and the attached file is as raw as it gets.  My DAW is Audacity with Izotope RX 7.  The audio provided is from a recording with absolutely no editing of any kind.   I also measured the noise floor spectrum, and I am providing a txt file that quantifies the spectrum.  There are no computers in the recording space, and I use a PC tower located well outside the recording space

Thank you for your help.  Looking forward to any comments and your recommended audio chain.  Definitely will add the chain to Audacity or RX7.  If you want me to submit the same recording edited for breaths, with normalization and an HP filter applied just let me know

Looking forward to working with you and Bunny Studio

    Ron

    Congratulations, Ron!!! :-)

This sample sounds MUCH MUCH better. :-D

I have a bit of comments:
    ------
@ 00:04.499 : We hear pops and clicks from bad editing. Please terminate all edits at waveform's zero crossing. Magnify this point w/ your waveform editor... and you'll see what I mean.
@ 00:11.874 : I would definitely take out these mouth / saliva noise.
@ 00:14.982 : ... and here too. Mouth noise / saliva noise issue.
    @ 00:23.047 : ... and here too
    @ 00:29.789 : ... here too
@ 00:39.065 : Please listen closely here; do you hear your breath chopped off all the sudden? You might want to experiment around to edit with more care, so that the product will sound nicer, more presentable
    ------

Using Audacity may not be a good idea :-( It will suck up your precious time and effort. Wait and see when you get yourself a REAL waveform editor... and you'll know exactly what I mean. You deserve a genuine pro-quality waveform editor :-)

    Best,
    Oki
