Emails from Support not coming through
Hello, I recently had a lengthy email thread going with one of the support staff regarding a project and some issues related to it. All of a sudden I stopped receiving responses, and thankfully a manager was able to get in contact with me via phone (though the project was delayed as a result as I wasn't sure whether to continue with the recording.) I started a new email thread in hopes that would fix it but didn't get any replies there either. I have checked all my spam folders and there is nothing from you guys in there, although it would seem odd anyway if emails were suddenly classified as spam midway through a reply chain.
