Inconsistency
So, just had another speedy rejected by a bunny manager before the client ever got a chance to hear it. The description was "young adult". Why is it that most of the time my projects go through without a problem with young adult as the criteria, but every now and then its rejected outright? It's very frustrating.
What is considered "young"? And where does "middle age" start?

This is the reason for the rejection. Had nothing to do with sound quality.

I just got a speedy rejected for age. I'm 51, have done many jobs in the middle age category, some of which are actually for this client as middle aged VO that was approved! Suddenly I'm not sounding middle aged any more? Please can we let the client decide whether they feel the voice is middle age "Enough" for them?

Thank you for reaching out on our community, as we've mentioned before, sometimes this is a very thin line for some clients and specific projects.
There are two things to manage here, first, talk with the team to improve our QC process, and making sure these cases don't affect your stats.
As always, all this feedback is very important to us, we do share it with the team so we can keep improving.
Also, as you know, and have experienced, you can write an email to us, we will evaluate your case, and it's very likely we'll remove those rejections from your stats.
