    Hi D,

Thank you for using this space!

Can you share the accepted and rejected audio with us, please?

That way we'll be able to have a better understanding of what happened.

    Thanks

I'm having the exact same issue. My setup doesn't change from one recording to another and yet the reviewer complains about "loud electrical noise" on some submissions while others are accepted by VB and customer.

Aurore, are you able to hear the samples?

I can but I am not a Bunny QC, just another voice actor like you. I just noticed the same problem with my submissions so I thought I'd say something. I realize I should probably have created my own thread. Sorry about that...

    Hi again guys,

After reviewing your files, we concluded that it has to do with your acoustics. We understand how frustrating and confusing this must be, but, it seems like you could improve your setup and deliver better-sounding audios.

We invite you to send us pictures of your recording space, that way the team will be able to provide you with personalized feedback and suggestions suited for your environment.

Let us know if you'd like to do that.

I'm getting files rejected as well and when I just resend the file without making changes, they get accepted. Today I got 15 emails stating that I need to remove samples dating back to 2016 as they sound over processed. I don't process my audio AT ALL. Bare bones. My recording system hasn't changed in 15+ years. So, something has changed with QC.

    Johnatan,

The problem is not really that everything is rejected which could be explained by a faulty setup on the voice talent side, and I can send some pictures of my recording setup if it helps... The problem is that some submissions are accepted by QC and the client and some are rejected. It is the lack of consistency that is annoying!

    Sarah,

I didn't dare send unmodified files for the revision but this is very concerning! Could our chances be affected by WHO listens to the samples?

Thanks in advance for any help VoiceBunny can provide on this matter!

    Hi again Sarah and Aurore.

    Sara:

As you mentioned, these samples were approved a long time ago, and as you might expect, our quality standards, the same as the quality of our Pros is constantly improving.

That's why our team is currently evaluating the samples and making sure we are all aligned on this front.

We hope you understand we do this to make your profile stand out better and leave you only with the samples we know will get you more work.

    Aurore:

Thank you for sharing this with us, we will surely bring this to our team meeting, as you state, it is very important that we can be completely aligned and be consistent on the revision and quality standards. We aim to have a very standard and impartial evaluation, our goal is to deliver only the best from our Pros, so you can keep having more work, and deliver only the best for our clients.

As for now, we invite you to keep providing your best, following the guidelines and being very critical about your own deliverables, you know, more than anyone, the best quality you can provide, so try to always deliver that.

We really appreciate your work, and in this particular case, your feedback.

I'm still looking for answers I sent photos but no feedback. Getting approved on my auditions then here we go again with the your space sound boxy, but I noticed it's always the same QC on my rejections. Pass with everyone else

Hello, i confirm i have the same issue.
It's really problematic. I lost a lot of time, in several projects. I really don't understand. Some projects are accepted. And with exactly the same studio, some are rejected. And i can't participate to contests. but i recorded them for auditions, so i lost a lot of time and it's discouraging.
