reactivate my profile

I feel my profile is not showing up in search.

There's only one thing missing so we can reactivate you, please, log into your account and delete all your rejected samples, once you do that, we'll reactivate your account.

Actually I added 10 demos recently but they were rejected. And all of them were recorded with same quality. Could you please confirm if I have to upload them again.

Same thing happened to me Tommy: I uploaded more than 10 samples and they were all rejected automatically, without a review by someone at VB.

Let's see what they say. I think everything is because the account or profile is deactivated.

Let me explain what's happening: when your account is deactivated, whatever samples you upload will be automatically rejected, not by our QC team but by the system, that's due to the current status of the account.
What you can you is to delete them, and when your accounts are reactivated, you can upload them again and you won't be having that issue again.

In your particular case, Tommy, we need you to delete all the rejected samples before we can reactivate your account. Please, let us know when you do that so we can proceed and reactivate you.
