Website bug? Revision asked but rejected before being able to submit

Hi,

I submitted for a contest and got an email saying I should revise and submit again. As I was filling in the submission form, the preview of the sample would not refresh so I refreshed my page and it basically said "rejected", now I cannot submit my revision at all.

This was a big opportunity for me and I would like to understand what went wrong. It is also very time consuming to investigate the issues and record again so not being able to submit after spending all this time is not ideal to say the least.

I also would like to know how some samples are accepted and others not when my setup doesn't change when I submit a revision...
