    Hi Caroline,

Thank you for using this space.

Upon reviewing your sample, we think that you could improve your acoustics to deliver better audio, it sounds like you're recording in a very small space with many reflective surfaces.

Can you share some pictures of your new recording space, please?

That will allow us to give you more accurate feedback.

It's about three feet wide and five feet deep.

    Hey Caroline!! How are you??

Thanks a lot for submitting your pictures and audio sample.

Taking into account our previous remarks, I do agree that maybe your sample might sound a little boxy, as if it was recorded in a very small space. However, I don't think it is compromising the quality of your deliverable at all. For your recordings, just try to record as far apart as possible from the walls in order to avoid any reflections :).

Please let me know if you need anything else.

Hope you are having a great week.

    Gabriel

I twerked some stuff, put up more soundproofing and changed my mic placement.  Does this sound better?  Less boxy?  Thanks so much!

    Hi Caroline,

It does sound better, thank you for doing that, it paid off!

We shared this with our QC team to get some additional feedback, seems like there's noticeable compression, it is very easy to tone it down a bit.

But, that audio would be approved by our team.

    Good job!
