Clients Rating VB Pro's innacurately
When a client is finished with a project there should be two rating systems: One rating VB Talent that shows up on my profile and stats, and one that is separate, rating their Voicebunny usability experience that does not count towards my stats.
Oftentimes, I get ratings like "Great VB Talent, but didn't like that I couldn't talked to the pro" or "Quick delivery, but didn't like the payment system etc" so they dock me a star or two for something that is not reliant on my voice performance, and that goes on against my stats. That is an oversight and needs to be addressed. I shouldn't be docked stars for Voicebunny's issues. They should make it clear to the talent "these star ratings are only for the voice talent, not a place to complain about what you don't like about voicebunny usability or uI" and/or have two options for star ratings - one for vb pro rating, and one for the voicebunny user experience that does not count towards the pro.
Anybody on the VB team looking into this?

I recently had the same experience. In the client feedback, they said specifically that they gave my work 5 stars, but gave 3 stars because of other issues that were out of my control... yet the 3 star rating affects my stats.
It would seem unfair that the VO talent's stats take a hit (and could possibly cost them future work) because of a client experience that had nothing to do with them.
@Chuck. Did you contact support and ask that the review be stricken from your profile? I’ve had similar instances where I received a negative review due to no fault of my own and the team removed the review so it would not negatively impact my standing.
