Website not uploading voice over says contact us but won't load the link.

I accepted a project and did the work. but, when I chose a file to upload it said "there was a problem processing your file, please contact us"

But when I clicked on "contact us" it wouldn't load the new page. I ended up rejecting the project so it wouldn't affect my response time.
